Title: 600k Brevet
The ride starts in the parking lot of the Crosslands Motl. It is broken up into a 400k and 200k.
You can ride straight through or you can get a room and sleep in between. The ride is rolling hills that is
relatively flat from Lockhart to Luling. The second day is similar to the first.
Some of these roads are remote, so make sure you can carry enough
food and water for 2 hours of riding. SAG support will be limited so make
sure to bring spare tubes and tools for light repairs you may need along the way.
The rider check-in will be open 30 minutes before the start time and held in the Crosslands parking lot.
You must have a helmet, a tail light and a head light to start.
The course is mostly rolling hills, so there is not a lot of climbing, but the wind
can be a factor at this time of year.
We are always in need of volunteers to provide SAG support and to staff controls (if we
get enough volunteers). If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer, please send
an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
